At Raising Minds, we have a small, dedicated and dynamic team that work across a number of different projects.
We work every day to strive towards children and young people with severe and persistent mental health issues, and their families, friends and supporters, being able to regain the best possible health and wellbeing, so they can begin to thrive again, connected within their local communities.
Our vision is that children and young people with severe and persistent mental health issues, and their families, friends and supporters are able to access the right support, at the right time in the right place.
